What you will need

• We recommend using a desktop computer or laptop. We don’t recommend using a tablet, mobile phone or a MacBook.
• A headset or earphones that have a microphone (your smartphone earphones should suffice, an inbuilt microphone may be used but sound quality is often better with a headset)
• Access to the internet with a reliable connection
• A quiet space to enable you to use your microphone and camera
• To access webinar training, you will need to be in a suitable training environment, away from the children in your care. This will enable you to participate fully in the training and allow us maintain health and safety and safeguarding procedures for all.
