NDNA Conference Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
In previous years bulk ticketing options have been available to members. Why are you not doing this in 2025?
There have been no bulk ticketing options since 2019. We have implemented a system since 2022 which simplified and streamlined the ticket offers to make it simpler for you.
If I book tickets for the leadership stream, can I then go to the practitioner stream and vice versa throughout the day?
Seating is pre-allocated for each stream in advance based on numbers and capacity. If you would like to attend both streams and experience the conference in its entirety we suggest having two attendees so knowledge sharing is possible.
If I cannot attend the conference for any reason, will I get a refund on my ticket?
We regret that we cannot make any refunds, however substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing before the event.
How do we book rooms at the hotel?
NDNA has held a limited rooms at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool
- Rooms available on 5th and 6th June 2025
- £150 per room, per night B&B single occupancy (inc. VAT)
- £170 per room, per night B&B double occupancy (inc. VAT)
- Allocation for NDNA conference attendees available until 10th April 2025, after this please contact the hotel directly
- Room rates include breakfast and gym access (open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week).
- Spa access is not included. It must be booked in advance directly with Maya Blue Wellness. There is an extra cost of £20 for residents and £30 for non residents.
- Guests will be responsible for their own room accounts.
- Check in: from 15:00 on day of arrival
- Check out: by 11:00 on date of departure
- Breakfast is served in Stanley’s Bar & Grill from 7am – 10am Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 10.30am Saturday and Sunday
- Cancellation: subject to free cancellation only until 3pm 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Cancelation charge will be taken from the card that was provided to secure the reservation if cancelation is made outside of this time.

Where is the nearest train station to the venue?
The arena has its own train station – Liverpool Lime Street Station
We recommend that you check train times before travelling.
Will there be a bus or a transfer to the venue from the train station?
No
Taxis are available. The walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station is approx. 35 – 40 mins from the station to the hotel. Alternatively you can catch a train from Lime Street to Sandhills Station and the walk is approximately 15-20 mins.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Titanic Hotel Liverpool car park is managed by Euro Car Parks and has 130 parking spaces available on site and an overflow car and coach parking adjacent to the hotel of 300 spaces on Walter Street.
The car park is using automatic number plate recognition and parking should be paid on each departure from the hotel. Parking can be settled via the pay machines or by the ECPparkbuddy App with Location ID 685908. The barrier will open automatically when you exit the hotel even if you haven’t paid, failure to pay will result in a parking fine.
Fees are as follow:
- Up to 1 hour: Free
- Up to 2 hours: £2
- Up to 3 hours: £3
- Up to 4 hours: £4
- Up to 24 hours: £8
Can I update the delegate name on the booking?
Yes you are able to update the delegate name on your booking through Eventbrite. You can only update order information if you were the original purchaser. Login to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Tickets. Select your order. Then click ‘Edit’. If you are experiencing problems then please contact us for assistance – [email protected]
I have lost my ticket, what do I do?
A record of all tickets are held on Eventbrite. If you log onto your account you will be able to see your ticket. If you are experiencing problems then please contact us for assistance – [email protected]
