By car

Please park in Car Park A. This is the car park for both conference and hotel guests. From car park A both the North Entrance for the Arena and the entrance for the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry Building Society Arena are visible.

Parking is free of charge and all delegates must register in advance for parking, or validate on site:

1. Visit the website and book your parking, using code NDNA24 to discount the cost.

OR

2. There will also be a parking tablet at the registration desk that delegates can enter their registration plate into. Delegates can do this at any time of the day and their parking will be validated.

Alternatively, delegates can enter the code ‘NDNA24’ at any parking kiosk around the arena to validate their parking. Please note this must be done just prior to exiting the site. If any delegates enters their code during their visit and remains on site, they will still receive a PCN as their parking will not be validated for the remaining time they were at the venue.

By train

The arena has its own train station – Coventry Arena Train Station. This station is located within walking distance of Coventry Building Society Arena (approx. 5 mins). On Monday to Friday there is one train per hour in either direction.

Otherwise, the nearest station is Coventry Train Station. The railway station is in the city centre and approximately six miles away. Taxis are available outside the station and it is roughly a 10 to 15 minute journey.

We recommend that you check train times before travelling.

On arrival at the Arena, walk around the outside, following signs for the North Entrance.

By bus

There are a number of buses that drop off at the retail park opposite Coventry Building Society Arena (10 min walk).
• Service 4 provides a link to the Retail Park from Holbrooks and Walsgrave (University Hospital) via the city centre and Stoke Hill with buses running all day, every day
• Service 5 links the retail park with Holbrooks and Coundon continuing on to Earlsdon and Torrington Avenue via the City Centre with buses running every day
• Services 20, 20A and 20E all serve the retail park via Foleshill Road from the city centre with frequent buses throughout the day.

Birmingham Airport is 14 miles away.

 

 

Arrival

On arrival at the Arena’s North Entrance enter the foyer and use the stairs, escalator or lift to head to the Premier Lounge on the second floor.

Registration

The exhibition and registration are in the Premier Lounge and open from 08:30. All delegates are required to check in and pick up their conference badge on arrival, before attending any sessions. Conference badges must be worn at all times.

Your badge will be colour coded to the stream you registered for: Leadership or Practice.

Dress code
The dress code for conference is business dress/ smart casual.

Refreshments and lunch
Refreshments and lunch are served within the exhibition area in Premier Lounge South (please refer to agenda for timings).

Please advise NDNA of any dietary requirements as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Allergens and dietary information will be displayed on the buffet tables, if you have any concerns or need any clarification on options, please speak with venue staff or with NDNA staff at the registration desk.

Electric vehicle charging
There are no charging points onsite. The easiest to access, and nearest are at Corley Services (3.5 miles).

Frequently Asked Questions

In previous years bulk ticketing options have been available to members. Why are you not doing this in 2024?

There were no bulk ticketing options available in 2023 which simplified and streamlined the ticket offers to make it simpler for you. 

If I book tickets for the leadership stream, can I then go to the practitioner stream and vice versa throughout the day?

Seating is pre-allocated for each stream in advance based on numbers and capacity. If you would like to attend both streams and experience the conference in its entirety we suggest having two attendees so knowledge sharing is possible.   

If I cannot attend the conference for any reason, will I get a refund on my ticket?

We regret that we cannot make any refunds, however substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing before the event. 

How do we book rooms at the hotel?

NDNA has held a number of rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Coventry Building Society Arena on the night prior (8th June) and night of the conference and awards (9th June).

Parking is available at the hotel for hotel guests, and on site for all other guests. 

Can I update the delegate name on the booking?

Yes you are able to update the delegate name on your booking through the booking system. Login to your booking account. click ‘Events’ on the left hand side and then ’tickets. There is a ‘change’ icon on the right, click this to change details. If you are experiencing problems then please contact us for assistance[email protected] 

I have lost my ticket, what do I do?
