Photography and Filming Children Policy – England

Description

This policy explains how early years providers can take, use, store and share photographs and videos of children safely. It supports settings to celebrate children’s learning and achievements while protecting their welfare, privacy and personal information. It also sets out clear expectations for staff, parents, visitors and external photographers so images are only used with consent, for agreed purposes and in ways that reduce safeguarding and data protection risks.
