This Inclusion and Equality Policy template is designed to support early years providers in establishing a clear, consistent approach to promoting inclusion, equality and anti-discriminatory practice across their setting. It provides a structured framework aligned with current legislation and guidance, helping providers to meet their legal responsibilities while creating an environment where all children, families and staff feel valued and respected.
