This risk assessment template is designed to help settings identify, evaluate and manage the risks of harassment and sexual harassment within their setting. It supports a proactive approach by considering workforce characteristics, working conditions, culture, policies, training and reporting procedures, enabling employers to implement effective controls and promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all.
