What will I learn?
Staff are the most essential ingredient to achieving high quality practice.
Developing high quality practice needs a continuous cycle of monitoring, evaluation and progress, never standing still and always looking to improve and develop yourself and the environment you provide.
Good leadership drives lasting improvement. High quality practice across your provision needs exemplary leaders.
Settings need a shared vision and values and this is only the first step. How the team works together is what turns vision into practice. Ofsted look for a positive, ambitious, and inclusive culture, and this is reflected in the way staff collaborate.
Teamwork ensures that everyone is working towards the same goals and vision, creating consistency and cohesion across the setting. It is critical for achieving high quality practice, because staff are the most essential ingredient in making this happen. Achieving change and consistent practice requires a team who are empowered to be a part of the journey of change and development.
This course will help you understand what high quality practice looks like, and how a staff team all working together can improve the quality of their practice.
