This Absence Management Procedure sets out a clear and consistent approach to managing employee sickness absence within the nursery. It aims to support staff well-being while ensuring high standards of care and continuity for children by promoting regular attendance, providing guidance on reporting and managing absence and outlining the support available to employees during periods of ill health.
