NDNA launches annual survey for early years providers
We have launched our latest survey to gather vital, up to date evidence from nurseries across England on real experience from early years providers.
This year’s survey focuses on the impact of rising costs and whether Government funding is keeping pace with the true cost of delivering high quality education. It will also explore the skills children have when leaving nursery to start reception, as well as views on the use of CCTV in settings.
NDNA relies on this data to champion sector needs to Government, the media and key decision-makers. By taking part, you can help strengthen the collective voice of early years providers and ensure policy decisions reflect the realities of the workforce.
What you’ll need before you start
To complete the survey, settings will need to know the following:
- Percentage increase to your staffing bill for 2026/27
- Any increase to fees for parents this year
- Your estimated funding shortfall (if applicable) for 3- and 4-year-olds, 2-year-olds, and 9 months+
Take part now
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and help NDNA continue fighting for the future of the early years sector.
