What will I learn

Just as our physical health can fluctuate, so can our mental and emotional well-being. We live in an ever changing world that demands us to be resilient, emotionally stable and flexible in our thinking. These are not skills that we are simply born with, they require development and are a constant work of progress throughout our whole lives. This isn’t always an easy task for adults, so for a child under the age of five, this is a huge ask!
