Every language matters: valuing the richness of EAL in early years

This fully funded training programme will support early years practitioners to develop the skills and confidence to effectively support children with English as an Additional Language (EAL), particularly in settings where this experience may be less common. Through a series of practical, engaging webinars, participants will be encouraged to be curious about each child’s unique background, recognising the richness that different languages and cultures bring to their setting. The programme focuses on simple, effective strategies to create inclusive environments, strengthen communication with families, and ensure every child feels valued, listened to, understood and able to thrive, without leaving any part of themselves at the door.
